Use the menu for Weapon Recoil, Reload Speed and Mission Timer and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn Soldier Health on or off without opening the menu. - F3 Ammo Reserve
Press F3 to turn Ammo Reserve on or off without opening the menu. - Insert Weapon Recoil
Press Insert, find Weapon Recoil in the feature list, and switch it on or off. - Insert Reload Speed
Press Insert, choose Reload Speed, adjust the value, and apply. - Insert Mission Timer
Press Insert, find Mission Timer in the feature list, and switch it on or off.
