With Nova Roma running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to City Treasury and Citizen Needs. Use the menu for Food Supply, God Favor and Law Effects and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn City Treasury on or off without opening the menu. - F3 Citizen Needs

About the game
Nova Roma asks the player to found and govern a Roman city. Laws, infrastructure and the favor of the gods all affect whether a settlement becomes a lasting capital.
A new district needs workers, food and a place in the road network. The treasury must cover construction before the city earns back its investment.
