With Regions of Ruin: Runegate running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Health and Stamina. Use the menu for Settlement Resources, Enemy Health and Inventory Capacity and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press Insert, find Settlement Resources in the feature list, and switch it on or off. - Insert Enemy Health

About the game
Regions of Ruin: Runegate is an exploration RPG about rebuilding a refuge for a lost dwarven civilization. The player travels between regions, helps strangers and fights for the resources a settlement needs.
A journey can add both loot and new obligations to the haven. Choosing which quests and upgrades to pursue first shapes how quickly the settlement can recover.
