With Resident Evil 4 (2005) running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Leon Health and Ammo Reserve. Use the menu for Attaché Space, Enemy Health and Weapon Upgrades and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.
