With Super Meat Boy 3D running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Stage Timer and Checkpoint View. Use the menu for Jump Distance, Level Progress and Hazard Markers and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.
