With Utopia Must Fall running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to City Health and Weapon Damage. Use the menu for Ammo, Shield Strength and Wave Timer and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn City Health on or off without opening the menu. - F3 Weapon Damage
Press F3 to turn Weapon Damage on or off without opening the menu. - Insert Ammo
