About the game

Den-Den: Tokyo Horror immerses players in a desperate night in a decaying Tokyo, where survival hinges on managing scarce resources and making morally complex decisions. As a caregiver, you must balance the lives of neglected elders with the chaos of a collapsing city. The game's loop involves scavenging for supplies, caring for residents, and navigating dangerous environments while the night progresses toward dawn. Every action affects the city's fate, and the weight of your choices lingers long after the sun rises.

The game's setting is a grim reflection of societal collapse, with crumbling infrastructure and rising violence. Players must navigate between senior living facilities and the streets, using tools like recycling machines and charms to gain advantages. The tension escalates as time passes, forcing players to prioritize survival over ethics, all while the city spirals into chaos.
