EAGLE CHEATSHow to use Eagle in L.A. Noire
With L.A. Noire running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Clue Tracker and Interview Notes. Use the menu for Case Progress, Replay Points and City Map and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn Clue Tracker on or off without opening the menu. - F3 Interview Notes
